Important Shipping Notice
Product prices exclude shipping.
Because shipping rates vary by destination, package size and weight, we review each order and confirm the most suitable shipping option and final shipping cost before dispatch.
At checkout, you pay for the product amount. Shipping is quoted separately and must be paid before dispatch.
If checkout shows shipping as US$0, it means shipping has not yet been calculated. It does not mean that shipping is free.
How Shipping Works
- You place your order and pay for the product amount online.
- We review the product, quantity, packed weight, package dimensions and delivery address.
- We select a suitable carrier and send you a separate shipping quote or payment request.
- You confirm and pay the shipping cost.
- We dispatch the order after the shipping payment has been received.
We will explain known remote-area surcharges, special delivery services and other applicable charges in the shipping quote whenever possible.
If you do not accept the shipping quote, please contact us before dispatch. Any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
How Shipping Is Quoted
Shipping may depend on:
- Destination country, city and postal code
- Product quantity and package dimensions
- Packed weight and shipping method
- Carrier availability and service level
- Residential, commercial or industrial delivery
- Remote-area or limited-access surcharges
- Delivery appointments, liftgate service or special handling
The final shipping quote applies to the address and delivery information provided. If the address or delivery requirements change, the quote may need to be revised.
We will confirm any known additional shipping or optional service charges before dispatch.

Please provide:
- Recipient name
- Complete delivery address
- Postal code and country
- Email address and telephone number
- Residential, commercial or industrial delivery type
- Any access, unloading or delivery requirements
Many carriers cannot deliver industrial equipment to a PO Box. Please provide a physical delivery address whenever possible. If a PO Box is required, please tell us before ordering.
Charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery, storage, redelivery or customer-requested services may require a revised quote.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Import duties, GST/VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees and other destination charges are not included in the product price or shipping quote unless expressly stated in writing.
These charges are normally paid by the consignee or importer. Customers should check local import requirements before ordering.
Delivery Time
Any dispatch or transit time shown on the website or in a shipping quote is an estimate only.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, remote-area service and other circumstances beyond our control.
The shipping quote will state the available service and estimated delivery time where this information is available.
Delivery and Damage
For freight or larger shipments, standard delivery is normally made to the carrier’s accessible delivery point. Unloading, inside delivery, installation and commissioning are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.
Please inspect the package when it arrives. Record visible damage on the carrier’s delivery document and contact us promptly with photographs and order details.
